Information Abstract
Describes aircraft certification office (ACO), engine certification office (ECO) (from now on both referred to as "ACO") and aircraft evaluation group (AEG) staffs how to review instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA) and find their provisions acceptable, or approved, as appropriate.
