Abstract

Gives recommended security measures applicable to ATCO operations that should minimize the effects of crimes directed against air transportation. It advises ATCOs of the availability of operations specifications whereby they may implement security procedures to improve their security posture and facilitate operations that interface with certain 121 air carrier operators required to have security programs.
