Specifies the generic signalling procedures and support of the Signalling System No. 7 ISDN User Part (ISUP) supplementary services by the Bearer Independent Call Control (BICC) protocol. The details for the support of the ISUP supplementary services by BICC are described as delta documentation against the ITU-T Q.73x-series Recommendations. In addition, BICC CS-2 procedures for bearer redirection are introduced to optimize the bearer path.
