channel Abstract
Describes a signalling interface, procedures, and protocol required between an International Switching Centre (ISC) and Signal Processing Network Equipment (SPNE). This signalling interface provides for the call by call control of an SPNE in real time to ensure an appropriate signal enhancement capability such as echo control.
