Procedures Abstract
Procedures are for a signalling relation between and International Switching Centre (ISC) and a digital interface to a satellite subnetwork, referred to as a Satellite Connection Manager (SCM). It is specifically concerned with the transfer of signalling information between the ISC and the SCM.
