The abstract test suite for conformance testing is based on Annex A/Q.933 for Additional Procedures for Permanent Virtual Connections using Unnumbered Information Frames. The test methodology is the layer embedded testing as mentioned in X.291. It is possible that the entire test suite is not applicable for all IUTs.
