AppendixISignallingflows Abstract
Defines stage 3 of the Explicit Call Transfer (ECT) supplementary services for Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) at the T reference point or coincident S and T reference point using the Digital subscriber Signalling System No. 1 (DSS 1 protocol). Also defines the protocol requirement at the T reference point when the service is provided to the user through an intermediate private ISDN.
