Gives tests for determination of whether implementations comply with requirements for encoding and decoding processes defined in ITU-T T.81/ISO 10918/1. In addition, it defines tests for determining whether any specified instance of compressed data complies with the Rec. T.81/ISO 10918-1 specification for compressed data format.
