19.3Sequenceofprimitives Abstract
Defines the OSI Data Link Service in terms of the primitive actions and events of the service, the parameters associated with each primitive action and event, and the form they take, and the interrelationship between and the valid sequences of these actions and events, whilst also specifying the characteristics of a conceptual Data Link Service supplementing the OSI Reference Model in guiding the development of Data Link Protocols.
